Today at 8:40, I called your office about our blocked sewer line. By 12:15, it was fixed by Quentin and Mike. These gentlemen were business-like and professional in every way.
About 3 years ago, this same line was clogged and I called one of the "Rooter" services. Almost $2000.00 and 13 hours later, I still had a clogged line and was basically in the same place, but a lot poorer.

We were working through the inspection contingency and I contacted Tiffany to confirm Crisafulli’s availability to assist us with any issue arising. She confirmed this as well as put us in touch with Terry who refuted inflated claims of the purchaser’s contractor. This transaction successfully closed in late August.

On behalf of Holy Spirit School, I would like to thank Crisafulli Brothers Plumbing and Heating for the quick and efficient replacement of a roof top heating unit in our Middle School.
The problem was diagnosed quickly and professionally by repairman Gary on Tuesday. I met with Comfort Specialist Scott Jones, on Wednesday. The unit was installed by service specialists Dan and Sean on Thursday.
We did not have to close school or have any interruption to our educational programs. As a matter of fact, our students learned quite a bit about cranes as our students watched the installation of the unit from their classroom windows.
Many companies talk about service, you provided it. Again, thank you for a job well done."

"I am delighted with the service that I received. The service technician did an outstanding job. I remained with him for the entire service visit because I have a technical background and I am very much interested in the unit from a home owner’s view point as well as the unit itself. The technician was careful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The office staff was wonderful and informative in setting up the service appointment for me. Their customer service is wonderful.
The technician serviced my central air conditioner. Replaced pitted electrical relay, added 2lbs of Freon, cleaned out electrical compartment, washed out condenser coil, washed compressor compartment, washed out a/c pad drained the ports. Ran unit on completion of service to verify that equipment was in good working order. He also performed the required electrical tests on the main unit as well as the outside compressor. I also purchased a service contract."
