Dear Members of our Community; Customers New and Old,

For more than 80 years Crisafulli Bros. has operated by the core values established by my grandfather, father and uncles, to do what is right by our employees, customers and the community that supports us. I have turned to these values as we continue to adapt to the COVID-19 crisis.

Making decisions for our business, employees and families as conditions change has been challenging to say the least, but it is no surprise that our award-winning team have risen to the challenges and remain ready to serve you. Our top priority remains ensuring that we are available to meet our customers’ needs while also doing our part to protect our customers and employees and continue to serve the community.

With that in mind, below is some information on the actions Crisafulli Bros. has taken in response to the pandemic to date.

ALL team members are:

  • Being screened each day to ensure that they are not symptomatic and have not been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Practicing social distancing! Our friendly staff will continue to provide you with Red Carpet Service and Solutions but no friendly handshakes for a while!
  • Washing their hands, disinfecting their cell phones, steering wheels, electronic devices OFTEN!
  • Disinfecting tools and equipment between each call and wearing booties, gloves and masks.
  • Working from home if feasible. As some of our team has been allowed back in our office, many continue to work from home in order to keep themselves safe and healthy but also to avoid exposing our technicians and co-workers unnecessarily

What we are doing:

  • Sending emails to customers asking that they reschedule if anyone in the home has had symptoms or exposure to anyone with COVID-19.
  • Asking our customers to have members of their household “mask up” when in contact with any of our team members.
  • Our dispatchers and customer service team are verifying that no one in the home has had symptoms or exposure to anyone with COVID-19 when booking appointments and dispatching team members.
  • Follow up emails are being sent to inquire if anyone has become sick or directly exposed to COVID-19.
  • Should an exposure occur, we assure you we will follow recommended steps by the CDC.
  • We are not allowing any sales representatives, visitors or guests into our building.
  • We have implemented new procedures at our office, ensuring only one-way traffic and limiting contact between staff members.

My heart and thoughts go out to the people who have been and will be affected by this unprecedented event and to the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this virus. I am also extremely grateful for our own team members who face the daily challenges of protecting themselves and our customers during this time.

I take the care and wellbeing of my team and community very seriously and will not do anything to jeopardize either. We remain committed to doing everything we can to maintain a safe environment for both our customers and team members and believe we must all stay vigilant.
